TrueFit is designed for men and women. Available sizes S–XL cover a wide range of chest measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort, then adjusting the straps for a snug fit.

We suggest wearing it for 30–40 minutes a day during the first week, then increasing by about 20 minutes each week until you are comfortable. Many customers aim for 1–2 hours a day as their body adapts to healthier posture.

Yes. TrueFit is ideal for desk work and long sitting sessions. Start with shorter wear times and build up so your muscles can adapt comfortably.

Measure the widest area under your arm (chest circumference). S: 28"–32" (70–80 cm), M: 32"–36" (80–90 cm), L: 36"–42" (90–105 cm), XL: 42"–48" (105–120 cm). All sizes are adjustable with Velcro straps.
