30-Day Easy Exchanges & Returns
We offer easy 30-day exchanges and returns on TrueFit purchases made through our official website. If the size is not right or you are not satisfied, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery and we will help.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Submit your request within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and the email used at checkout.
- Return the product in reasonable condition with original packaging when possible.
- Purchases must be made directly through our official website.
How to Request a Return
Email support@mytruefitcorrector.com with the subject "Return Request", include your order number and reason, and our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Refund Processing
Once approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
